When you use the AR feature, the app accesses your device's camera only to overlay virtual tiles in real time. No images or videos are saved or transmitted; all camera input is processed on your device and deleted at the end of the session. We do not store or keep any photos or videos from the camera.
If you opt in to push notifications, we will use a unique device token to send alerts. We share this token only with our push notification service provider to deliver the messages. These tokens do not reveal your identity or personal contact information. No other personal data is shared with the push provider.
We collect only the information you provide and information necessary for app functionality, such as your account email/username and basic device data. We do not collect precise location data, biometric data, or any sensitive personal information.
We do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies in our app.
We use your login information to create and manage your account and to provide support. Camera input is used on the fly only to enable the AR try-on and image try-on functionality and is not retained. If you enable push notifications, we use your device token to send updates or offers. We do not use your personal data for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
We do not share your personal information with any third parties except as necessary to operate the service. Specifically, we do not share or sell your account data or camera data with advertisers or other external parties. The only exception is sharing your push notification token with our notification service.
Your account information is retained only as long as needed for its intended purpose or as required by law. We do not retain camera images at all. We implement reasonable security measures (such as encryption and access controls) to protect your data. However, no system can be completely secure; you should also keep your device's operating system updated and use any built-in security features.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data that we have collected. For example, a good privacy policy allows users to review or erase their data. Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that data in accordance with applicable law.
